Fun with Colour clay for Children and Adults

12.30 - 1.30pm:

Chinese Ink Painting with Anthony Chua

Artist Anthony Chua will be sharing with participants some of the steps involved in creating a simple composition using traditional Chinese ink. This workshop is suitable for anybody who has no experience in painting in ink.

 

Chua will go through briefly the materials used in traditional Chinese Ink. This will be followed with a quick demonstration. Participants will then be invited to paint a simple composition based on the theme demonstrated on the rice paper provided. Anthony will provide necessary feedback on the creations and participants can bring their creation home upon completion.

Enjoy rolling, pinching into lovable creatures. Learn how to put together the correct proportion of animals, mixed colour clay and simply have fun moulding with hands.

Teo Huey Ling works is tremendously technique driven and involved intricate and laborious art processes into drawings, contemporary ceramics and art installation. 

 

In recent years, she took an interest working in community based arts. She believe that the Artist -led art making process brings upon a beneficial two-way relationship between the artist and the community and established belongingness to our environment.

All workshops are ticketed*.

*Interested parties must register online prior to the workshop. 

Fee: SGD 10 per pax 

(Cash payment to the artist conducting the workshop on the day of the workshop)

Maximum 15 participants.
